Cadence strengthens leadership team with Casey Bailey as Chief People Officer and Chris Holmes as Chief Financial Officer

Cadence, the clinical technology company helping older adults age healthily at home, welcomes Casey Bailey as Chief People Officer and Chris Holmes as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 23rd.

The appointments come as Cadence enters its next phase of growth. Over the past year, the company expanded to 21 health systems and now supports more than 90,000 patients nationwide. It has built out its Care Intelligence platform and multidisciplinary care team, driving peer-reviewed outcomes including a 70% increase in blood pressure control, a 27% reduction in hospital admissions, and a $1,302 per-patient annual reduction in total cost of care.

“As we move from foundation to scale, Cadence is entering its next chapter,” said Chris Altchek, CEO and Founder of Cadence. “Casey and Chris helped build some of the most important technology companies of the past decade. Together, we will scale proactive care nationwide, deepen our health system partnerships, and accelerate the technology that delivers dramatically better outcomes for seniors.”

Bailey joins Cadence from leadership roles at Deel, Divvy, and Uber as Chief People Officer. “Cadence has a meaningful opportunity to reshape how chronic disease is managed in this country,” said Bailey. “I look forward to building and enabling the operations, performance culture, and team necessary to deliver this work at scale.

Holmes joins from Opendoor and Uber as Chief Financial Officer. “What stands out about Cadence is its ability to drive measurable clinical improvement while lowering total cost of care,” said Holmes. “I’m excited to help ensure the company has the resources and operational discipline required to scale that impact nationwide.”
